1. KL & Selangor Driver Delivery
Method: Third-party e-hailing delivery service such as Lalamove / Grab
Same-Day Gift Delivery
Same-day gift delivery may be available within selected KL & Selangor areas.
Orders paid before 12pm may be arranged for same-day delivery; orders paid after 12pm will be arranged for next-day delivery.
Subject to recipient availability and driver availability.

- Recipient Availability Comes First: Before arranging driver delivery, we may contact the recipient to confirm availability and the best receiving time.
- Keeping the Gift Discreet: We will keep the gift as discreet as possible. However, if the recipient is unsure about the delivery or worried about scams, we may need to mention the purchaser's name for reassurance.

Helpful Notes
- No Hidden Surprise Delivery: Driver delivery requires recipient coordination. This helps avoid failed delivery, missed handover, or unnecessary concern from the recipient.
- Respecting Comfort: New mothers may be resting, nursing, or unavailable for photos. We will not request recipient photos or videos.
- Lobby Collection: For hospitals, condominiums, offices, or buildings with strict entry rules, the recipient, family member, helper, receptionist, or concierge may need to collect the gift at the lobby or designated drop-off point.
- Third-Party Driver: Driver delivery is arranged through third-party e-hailing services such as Lalamove / Grab. The service is for delivery only. Surprise presentation, video recording, extended waiting time, or special handover requests are not available.
- Proof of Delivery: POD may be provided by the third-party driver or delivery platform where available.
2. West Malaysia Courier Delivery
Method: J&T Express courier service
Send Gifts Across West Malaysia
Send your gift across West Malaysia using J&T Express courier service. This option is suitable for outstation delivery, residential addresses, and office addresses where KL & Selangor driver delivery is not available.
The hamper will be packed securely in a protective outer carton box before handing over to the courier service.
Estimated delivery time is usually 1–5 working days, depending on the courier service arrangement and delivery area.
Good to Know
- Parcel Delivery: Hampers are packed in a protective outer carton box before handing over to J&T Express.
- Delivery Timing: Courier delivery does not support fixed date or fixed time delivery. It follows the courier service route and schedule.
- Address Type: Courier delivery is suitable for residential and office addresses. It cannot be used for hospitals, hotels, temporary stays, or urgent same-day gift delivery.
- After Handover: Once the parcel is handed over to J&T Express, tracking updates and proof of delivery are managed by the courier system.
- Address Accuracy: Delivery labels are generated based on the details submitted at checkout. Please double-check the recipient name, Malaysia mobile number, and address before placing your order.
- Foil Balloon: Foil balloon is for KL & Selangor driver delivery only. Not available for courier parcel delivery.
- Balloon Refund: If courier delivery is selected, the foil balloon will not be included and the add-on amount will be refunded.
3. East Malaysia Delivery
Sabah & Sarawak — subject to air freight rules
Air Freight Restrictions
Liquids and battery items may not be suitable for East Malaysia delivery by air freight.
- Item Replacement: As liquid and battery-operated items cannot be shipped by air, any such items in your selected hamper will be replaced with suitable items of similar value.
- Chicken Essence & Bird’s Nest: As we do not carry similar nourishing products for mums as replacements, these items may be replaced with practical mum essentials such as a thermal flask or nursing cover, subject to availability and similar value.
- Replacement Note: We only replace items that are not suitable for East Malaysia air delivery. The rest of the hamper will remain as selected, as customization or redesign is not available.
- Recipient Details: Recipient name and Malaysia mobile contact are required for delivery arrangement.

Shipping Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated based on volumetric weight, which means box size may affect the shipping fee.
Important Notes
- Delivery will be arranged after order confirmation and payment completion.
- Recipient name and mobile contact are required for delivery arrangement.
- Courier delivery cannot be used for hospitals, hotels, temporary stays, or urgent same-day gifts.
- If the recipient is unavailable or the delivery attempt fails, additional redelivery charges may apply.
- Self-pickup is not available. Little Diary operates online only, and all orders are arranged by courier service or third-party driver delivery.
